Returns & Refunds Policy – SaCobra Gems

At SaCobra Gems, every piece is crafted to order. Because of this, our returns policy differs from standard retail jewellery stores.

1. Bespoke Items

All bespoke and made‑to‑order pieces are non‑refundable unless faulty. This includes:

  • Custom designs

  • Made‑to‑order rings

  • Personalised engravings

  • Special stone sourcing

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will:

  • Repair the item

  • Replace it

  • Or issue a refund (in rare cases)

3. Non‑Bespoke Items

If we ever offer ready‑made pieces, these may be returned within 14 days in unworn, original condition.

4. Warranty Repairs

Manufacturing defects are covered for 12 months. Damage caused by wear, impact, resizing by third parties, or misuse is not covered.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
