2. Bespoke Jewellery Orders
All SaCobra Gems pieces are made to order. Once design approval and payment are received, production begins. Bespoke items are non‑refundable unless faulty (see Section 7).
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP.
Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required before production begins.
Partial payments will be requested before certain work is carried out
Full payment is required before handover, shipping of products
We accept secure payments through trusted third‑party processors.
We do not store full card details.
4. Lead Times
Typical production time is 2–6 weeks, depending on complexity. We will keep you updated throughout the process. Please ensure you are timescale aware to avoid any disappointment before commencing any bespoke work with SaCobra Gems.
5. Design Approval
Before production, you will receive:
CAD renders or sketches
Stone selection confirmation
Final design approval form
Once approved, changes may incur additional costs.
6. Delivery
We ship using insured, tracked services. Delivery times vary by location. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
7. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund where appropriate.
8. Warranty
All SaCobra Gems pieces come with a 12‑month craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects (not accidental damage or wear).
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of SaCobra Gems and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
